Recipient of the Johnson Shoyama Graduate School of Public Policy’s GENI Academic Entrance Scholarship and a UArctic North2North mobility scholarship. The program includes coursework in public policy analysis, graduate academic writing and communications, northern policy (including resource economics), Indigenous nation building in Canada, and circumpolar innovation and entrepreneurship.

This graduate program is based at Sámi dutkamiid guovddáš (Centre for Sámi Studies), Romssa universitehta – Norgga árktalaš universitehta (University of Tromsø). The program includes coursework in governance, negotiations and consultations in northern and Indigenous contexts, Indigenous research methods and ethics, Arctic Council governance, and law including land rights, resources, and livelihoods.
